How should we live our lives? This question is the most confusing question that many of people lost there lives trying to answer. Many philosophers, sociologists and thinkers consumed many years trying to put theories, concepts, and norms to guide others to the most efficient way to live. One thing I had discovered is that life is easier than many people think you should have to open your eyes and start to enjoy life, instead of trying to explain it. This book will not be a guide or a path for others to answer the question.
It is going to be a way to help others to stop thinking about life and to start living the real life. Before we start I would like to say that I am not going to talk through any religious point of view, and that’s does not mean that I am not believing in god, it just mean that life is not exclusively related to any religion. And no matter the differences between the religions, there will be always a way to live a happy life. The reason for being created First thing that every one of us, whether men or women, should consider is that there must be a reason for our creation.
Some people live and die without finding out that reason. However it is crystal clear, many would be confusing with answering the question of why I am here? The answer of that question is that we are here to enjoy the life that had been gifted to us. This answer would be opposed by many, but it is the truth. If the creator had gave us life to suffer why are not we in hell already? However there are conflicts between all of the religions in the world, there is one common factor between all of them.
This factor is the fact that the earth and the space had been gifted to us to enjoy them and to use our creativity to enhance our welfare and to maximize our satisfaction. How can we enjoy life? But the question here is how can we enjoy life? However, many people meet eras in their lives that they suffer, I consider them responsible for these suffer. Death, diseases, bankruptcy, and may be poverty could be considered the main reasons for the human beings suffer. However those crises could just take seconds to occur. Many of people make them last more than years, and they even some times create events to remember their crises.
What a finny world is that. How we supposed to enjoy life, while we make for ourselves events to remember and recreate our disasters. This does not mean that we should totally forget our mistakes, because it is a part of our structure and can be seen as an advantage that we have the ability to learn from our past experiences and to avoid getting in the same mistakes repeatedly. But it is also necessary that we avoid killing ourselves from inside. A man with heart full of sorrow and regrets has no passion for life, has no fighting power.
Destroy the negative memories by the positive memories When someone meets a similar crisis, he/she must lose those negative feelings through crying, screaming, or even running like crazy in the streets. At the end of the day; he/she should block those feelings in a box and through it in a deep ocean, where is there is no way to get them back. Then after that I suggest, to refresh yourself by getting yourself in a place with nothing to make you remember the reason that makes you angry, and to gain some new positive feelings that makes your sleep calm and forget totally about your ex-day.
It is important to mention that after a survey that I had mad over 100 case, the results suggested that most of the people who sleep peacefully are the people who have a beautiful day morning, and most of the people who die while they are sleeping, had got many feelings of sorrow and sadness before they got asleep. Getting a happy morning is just the beginning to enjoy the rest of your life, without any negative memories.
According to the psychologists, the main reason that we remember the past events in our life, whether they were events associated with happiness or sorrow, is that when we meet certain present events that similar in its features to the past events. For instance, if you had experienced the death of one of your relatives, every time you will be in a funeral you will remember the death of your old relative. So, according to my theory, if you experienced any event that bring sorrow for you, you should get out of the mode immediately to associate it with another event that brings happiness for you.
This will lead you to remember both of the events when you remember any of them. For instance, if your wife died, I suggest that you go to have a great day off with your friends, to go to enjoy a nice movie in the cinema, or even to go to a stripping club, any thing to get you out of your sorrow. So after years when you meet some one who tells you that his wife died, you will remember your wife, and also you will remember the crazy night that you had with your friends, and by that you would be able to destroy the negative memories by the positive memories, and not allowing to renew sorrow in your life.
